IBE’s training programs are centered around functional movements that will improve the client’s mobility, strength, and overall health. In training, we focus on creating workouts that are intentional and target specific muscle groups so that the workouts are effective and allow for proper growth and recovery; for example, legs one day, upper body the next, etc. We also include detailed instructions on how to perform the workouts and individualize the programs to meet the client’s individual needs and goals.

In nutrition, the two main goals are longevity and education. We believe in flexible dieting that does not restrict food groups but instead educates our client on how to properly nourish their body and meet their health goals while still enjoying their favorite foods. As with the workouts, the nutrition is completely individualized to the client and their needs/goals.

Our goal is to educate each of our clients so that they are able to gain the necessary tools and knowledge needed to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, and eventually no longer need to rely on us.

Education is power. We believe that by educating our clients we are also empowering them to take charge of their own choices and make decisions that enhance their ability to meet their set goals.


Embark

Once we have educated and empowered our clients, they will be prepared to embark on their own health and fitness journey. This leads to sustained results, increased adherence and lifestyle changes.

Chibueze Anyasor – Zay

Chibueze Anyasor is an IFBB Classic Physique Competitor. He has coached various clients to be successful with both lifestyle and contest prep goals. He focuses on creating programs that work with your schedule and personal life. He also coaches clients to be successful with their stage presentation and posing. Chibueze Anyasor graduated at the top of his class with a BA in Public Health and is a NFPT NCCA certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He is also enrolled in a nutrition program and is on his way to becoming a Registered Dietitian. His goals are to get every client to understand how their bodies work and the importance of a balanced lifestyle. To also guide each client down the right and safe path. Finally, to take each person from where they are now to where they want to be.
